• Act as the liaison between the foundation and sponsors • Seek new opportunities and develop relationships with sponsors • Qualify warm leads from marketing campaigns • Contact potential sponsors through cold calls and emails • Present foundation and services to potential sponsors • Identify sponsor needs and suggest solutions • Customize solutions to increase customer satisfaction • Build long-term trusting relationships with sponsors • Proactively seek new business opportunities
• Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) • Experience in crypto/Web3 ecosystem • Keep detailed record of sponsor interactions • Experience with CRM software • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to deliver engaging presentations • Fluent English
