Description

• Perform systems analysis to provide solutions and identify potential improvements • Interpret data regarding current environment and document workflows and system access • Assist business in identification of requirements and design of processes • Proactively learn and utilize new technology as needed • Apply analytical skills to define information requirements necessary for upgrades and new implementations • Construct complex data models and report using querying languages like SQL • Recognize and lead efforts to promote efficiency and quality • Work with business area to support the creation of business cases • Partner with business area to understand complex requirements • Create and execute complex system test scripts for varied testing types • Assist in defining user acceptance testing • Contribute to developing training and support plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, and 3 years’ experience performing Business Systems Analyst functions required • An additional 4 years’ relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree • Life Insurance industry experience required, with 5+ years' experience in the Life Insurance industry preferred • Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills preferred • LOMA, Scrum and/or SAFe certifications preferred
