β€’ We're a fast growing company and the problems you will face are often challenging and diverse. β€’ Generating new business opportunities in South / East Germany through outbound prospecting, including cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and direct calls. β€’ Qualifying leads and conducting discovery calls to understand customer needs. β€’ Managing and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent engagement and follow-ups. β€’ Running tailored product demos to decision-makers and explaining the return on investment (ROI) of our solutions. β€’ Negotiating and closing deals, ensuring a smooth handover to Account Managers for onboarding. β€’ Self-sourcing six or more $25K+ opportunities per month and maintaining a strong pipeline. β€’ Documenting all sales activities and interactions in our CRM (HubSpot) to optimize tracking and forecasting. β€’ Adapting quickly to feedback, continuously improving messaging, and staying up to date with industry trends.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 3- 7 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally in SaaS, AI, industrial technology, or infrastructure-related industries. β€’ A proven track record of closing deals worth $25K or more and meeting or exceeding sales targets. β€’ Strong consultative selling skills and experience running product demos and ROI-based sales presentations. β€’ The ability to self-source leads, manage the sales pipeline, and drive outbound efforts proactively. β€’ Strong adaptability and coachability, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. β€’ Excellent communication skills in German and English.
