📋 Description

• We’re looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our fast-growing team and drive seamless, scalable, and high-impact workforce operations. • In this role, you’ll oversee workforce planning, contractor management, and HR processes that support a dynamic, distributed team. • You will ensure we have the right talent in place to meet business needs while fostering a culture of engagement, efficiency, and compliance. • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, has experience managing large contractor workforces, and is skilled in building scalable HR processes to support a hybrid team. • We’re growing fast, and the challenges you'll tackle will be diverse and impactful.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on workforce management, freelance teams, or contractor-heavy environments. • Experience managing a large, distributed workforce (e.g., freelancers, gig workers, global remote teams). • Proven ability to build and implement HR processes from scratch, ensuring scalability and efficiency. • Strong understanding of freelancer engagement best practices, compliance, and workforce planning. • Analytical mindset, with experience using data to drive HR strategy and decision-making. • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Exceptional stakeholder management skills—able to partner with leadership teams and support cross-functional initiatives. • Experience with HR technology, workforce planning tools, and global payroll platforms. • A self-starter who takes ownership, thrives independently and can lead effectively in a remote-first company.
