• Manage installation build partner throughput and execution • Improve pre-construction process and vendor network development • Support Operations Manager’s oversight of field installation crews
Requirements
• Minimum 4 years operational leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of process improvement and leadership capability. • Ability to recognize and call out code and quality issues related to electrical and roofing work • Knowledge of photovoltaic systems and the ability to implement high quality training programs • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment. • PMP Certification is a plus. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize. • Excellent analytical skills. • BA/BS in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
