Description
• Support critical fulfillment functions of operations in Pittsburgh • Responsible for supporting design and engineering oversight of third party vendors • Play a supporting role in permitting, interconnection, financial operations, and customer operations • Build strong bridges with cross-functional teams to create a world class customer experience
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in Solar Operations, Account Management, Customer Experience, or similar roles • Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating execution requirements • Successful track record managing multiple accounts and business relationships • Ability to successfully engage with external parties and international operations • Experience solving complex problems with diplomacy • Demonstrated relationship building/client management skills • Proven work experience collaborating across multiple internal and external teams • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage numerous concurrent priorities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strategic and innovative mindset • Team player with attention to detail • Must be comfortable working in a nimble, fast paced environment • Preferred - past experience with the construction industry, ideally a solar or clean energy company
