β€’ The Director, Talent Acquisition is responsible for driving our recruiting strategy across the EMEA. β€’ Responsible for leading a team of highly motivated recruiters, and sourcers to partner with the business. β€’ Ensuring we are able to continue to deliver high growth. β€’ Own building and implementing the TA strategy for EMEA Go To Market, Unit42 and associated functions. β€’ Collaborate with senior leaders to align talent acquisition strategies with overall business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Experience at a large technology company is preferred. β€’ Demonstrated experience managing and leading large teams as a 2nd Line Manager. β€’ Experience working with a Go To Market Sales Function is critical. β€’ Experience working in a matrix structure organization with a strong, collaborative communication style. β€’ Strong ability to identify problems, review data, determine the root cause, and provide scalable solutions. β€’ Demonstrate in depth knowledge of the full recruitment cycle and the ability to deliver a structured hiring process. β€’ Ability to take a holistic approach to problem solving by understanding the bigger picture, and considering complex interrelationships and outcome.
