📋 Description

• The Director, Talent Acquisition is responsible for driving our recruiting strategy across the EMEA. • Responsible for leading a team of highly motivated recruiters, and sourcers to partner with the business. • Ensuring we are able to continue to deliver high growth. • Own building and implementing the TA strategy for EMEA Go To Market, Unit42 and associated functions. • Collaborate with senior leaders to align talent acquisition strategies with overall business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience at a large technology company is preferred. • Demonstrated experience managing and leading large teams as a 2nd Line Manager. • Experience working with a Go To Market Sales Function is critical. • Experience working in a matrix structure organization with a strong, collaborative communication style. • Strong ability to identify problems, review data, determine the root cause, and provide scalable solutions. • Demonstrate in depth knowledge of the full recruitment cycle and the ability to deliver a structured hiring process. • Ability to take a holistic approach to problem solving by understanding the bigger picture, and considering complex interrelationships and outcome.
