• To build and lead a world-class performance function that drives organizational excellence by implementing systematic, data-driven approaches to performance management, compensation, and talent development • Design and implement a performance management system that creates clear metrics for measuring deliverables, skills, and cultural alignment • Develop and execute a compensation framework that aligns performance with rewards and establishes market-competitive benchmarks • Manage the OKR/Goal-setting process and ensure quarterly goal-setting and review cycles • Establish performance analytics capabilities to identify performance trends and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership • Together with HR Team work on talent development programs such as Personal Improvement Plans and Personal Development Plans

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in performance management, operations, or similar roles • Track record of implementing performance systems in high-growth companies • Experience working directly with C-level executives • Background in fast-paced, technology-driven environments
