📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Consultant LOE: Intermittent/as needed. • Panagora Group is a small business providing novel and integrated solutions in global health and international development. • Our goal is to provide innovative solutions that build national capacity and promote sustainability through robust local participation and capacity building, utilizing highly integrated and private sector solutions. • Throughout our work, we embrace a virtuous circle of knowledge stewardship, collaborative learning, and the application of evidence to heighten and accelerate positive health and development outcomes. • Panagora is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Consultant to support Panagora’s business development efforts and program implementation. • The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in designing and implementing MEL frameworks, supporting proposal development, and delivering high-quality technical inputs to drive the success of donor-funded programs. • This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to support Panagora’s mission of fostering locally driven, impactful solutions. • The MEL Consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of robust MEL methodologies in both proposal efforts and ongoing project delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• A master's degree (preferred) in international development, evaluation, social sciences, or a related field. • At least 10 years of experience in MEL, with significant experience supporting USAID or other international donor-funded programs. • Demonstrated experience contributing to successful proposals for USAID and other donors. • Expertise in quantitative and qualitative evaluation methodologies, performance monitoring, and CLA. • Strong understanding of USAID’s Program Cycle, Evaluation Policy, ADS requirements, and localization priorities. • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations. • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, including statistical software, geospatial analysis, and data visualization platforms. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Fluency in written and spoken English.
