β€’ Maintain strong business relationships and regular contact with your book of business β€’ Assist new and existing customers with onboarding activities β€’ Drive adoption and usage of PandaDoc β€’ Identify at-risk customers and help reduce churn β€’ Proactively review key account metrics with clients β€’ Monitor tools and platforms for key data points β€’ Onboard and train additional account users via demos and presentations β€’ Partner with Account Management on customer strategy β€’ Partner with our Solution Engineers on more complex customer product needs β€’ Work with Customer Support, Sales, and Product to monitor customer requests β€’ Reactively address all customer inquiries β€’ Assist team members in answering questions

Requirements

β€’ 3-5 years experience as a Customer Success or Account Management role, with SaaS product(s) β€’ You are highly organized and possess the ability to juggle multiple priorities β€’ You are a powerful communicator: Proficient in conveying ideas clearly and effectively β€’ You can demonstrate critical thinking and analytical skills β€’ You are an active listener β€’ You can think strategically β€’ You work with accuracy and precision β€’ You have a growth mindset β€’ You are agile β€’ You take accountability β€’ You demonstrate empathy β€’ You are great at problem-solving β€’ You take initiative
