• PandaDoc is in growth mode. • We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst who will be a key player in and is truly excited about driving and effectively scaling PandaDoc’s growth. • This person will partner with C-level business partners and their teams on all planning, forecasting, and analysis activities. • This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate that wants to be part of building a dynamic, world class FP&A organization that is operating at an accelerated pace and scaling for the future. • The ideal candidate is highly motivated, a team player, a confident business partner, capable of driving action cross-functionally, analytical, and outstanding at analyzing data and delivering actionable insights. • This person is comfortable operating at all levels, with an eye on the strategic big picture, while skillfully managing the financial details. • Collaborate with GTM and Product leaders to develop annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans for the Retention funnel. • Leverage your financial background to support and influence key strategic and business decisions. • Design and provide analytical rigor to measure efficiency and ROI of investments in headcount and non-headcount expenses. • Drive reporting, process and discipline for finance routines to shape and influence decision-making (e.g. budget, forecast, monthly reviews, long-range plans). • Build and own models for in-depth analyses, as well as ensure their quality, timeliness, and accuracy. • Define metrics and leading indicators of business performance. • Partner with cross functional teams, such as Data Science, to develop reporting dashboards. • Drive continuous process improvement, standardization, simplification and reporting enhancements.
• 4+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function • A keen analytical eye and experience building integrated models from scratch (in Excel, or other planning applications) • Experience building financial models of large scale programs including identifying, assessing and controlling for uncertainty and risk. • Ability to build dashboards in Tableau or other BI tools strongly preferred • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple takeaways and are not hesitant to voice your point of view • Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills are required • Prior experience with SalesForce.com or ERP/NetSuite a plus • Prior experience in a high-growth high tech/software/SaaS organization is a plus
