Description

• We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with a particular interest in financial data and health. • This is a unique role at the crossroads of data analytics and financial analysis. • The ideal candidate is highly motivated, a team player, a confident business partner. • Possess the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data. • Improve business results through creating best-in-class metrics, analysis, visualizations, and data-driven storytelling. • Collaborate with the Product team to enhance revenue, retention, and engagement metrics. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the pipeline. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Advanced degrees (Masters or PhD) are a plus • 3+ years experience in Data Analytics • 3+ years of proficiency in data manipulation, i.e., SQL and Python • 3+ years of experience building well-designed dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar software. High proficiency with FP&A system, especially Pigment Planning preferred • 2+ years of investment banking, management consulting or experience within the finance team of a technology company preferred • Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills • Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple takeaways and are not hesitant to voice your point of view • Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills are required • Prior experience with SalesForce.com or ERP/NetSuite • Prior experience in a high-growth high tech/software/SaaS organization is a plus
