Description
• Pano is a venture-backed climate tech startup specializing in wildfire early detection. • The Accounting Manager oversees daily accounting operations ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Create and maintain robust accounting processes and work closely with the Director of Accounting.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred) • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role • Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel • Experience implementing and improving business processes and systems • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to handle complex data • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities • Experience with ASC 842Experience in Inventory Management
