Description

• For the Senior Software Engineer role, we’re looking for somebody who will drive major projects in unlocking new end-to-end capabilities for our users while building scalable, secure, and maintainable production systems • At Pano, we strongly believe in allowing team members to take ownership of what they do, and our approach to problem-solving relies heavily upon creativity, communication, and collaboration • The ideal candidate has experience building products across the entire stack and a firm understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple back-end languages

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced SaaS or a similar business environment • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer • Expertise in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS3, HTML5, and third-party libraries such as React • Experience with server-side Java software development • Proficiency with SQL and RDBMS, ideally PostgreSQL • Ability to visualize a proposed system and be able to build it • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in distributed systems • Ability to communicate effectively within the team and across the organization while sharing insights and updates and collaborating to achieve project goals
