• Papa is a new kind of care built on human connection. • We are excited to be launching a new standalone business that is closely aligned with Papa’s core business. • The GM will own end-to-end strategy and operations, including marketplace development, process design, business development, product leadership, and team building. • Take the business from zero to one and beyond. Roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to build and grow the business. • Hire and manage the business’s dedicated Marketing, Operations, and Product/Engineering teams. • Grow two sides of the marketplace, finding creative ways to acquire supply and demand while providing a meaningful experience. • Build processes, technology, and workflows for scalability. • Own the P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and measurable impact. • Be client facing with enterprise clients from time-to-time.
• 10+ years of professional experience in startup leadership, strategy consulting, business operations, product management, and/or the healthcare sector. • An entrepreneur at heart, who does not see barriers, only opportunities. Experience leading and scaling a new business, product, or service line. • Experience overseeing multiple cross-functional teams. Strong leadership and team management skills. • Experience with the payer/provider business model is preferred. • Experience with marketplace development is preferred. • A strategic operator balancing vision and execution. • Data-driven with a history of driving business growth. • A strong communicator and collaborator. • Passionate about improving healthcare access and outcomes.
