• AIP Publishing is a leading publisher of the physical sciences. • We’re building a living network of knowledge to spark thinking, connect people, and drive new ways forward. • The Manager, Development and Integration is a collaborative and strategic leader directly responsible for overseeing a dynamic development team. • Foster a collaborative, supportive team culture that values open communication, knowledge sharing, accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development. • Develop and maintain efficient workflows that optimize collaboration between in-house and offshore teams, balancing speed, quality, and resource availability. • Serve as a point of contact between internal teams and external partners, resolving issues, facilitating communication, and ensuring alignment with project goals and milestones. • Provide regular project updates and technical insights to senior leadership and other relevant stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required. • 8+ years of experience managing hybrid development teams, including offshore resources, with a strong focus on team leadership, collaboration, and optimizing workflows for software development and systems integration required. • Hands on experience building and deploying solutions in Azure, following DevSecOps principles and practices required. • Experience with .NET Core and Azure DevOps integrations a plus. • Experience with SaaS integrations and custom application development; experience with Salesforce integrations a plus. • Strong working knowledge of infrastructure, security, and data management principles. • Demonstrated working knowledge of Azure DevOps and a solid understanding of DevSecOps principles to oversee and improve development workflows. • Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
