Description

• Lead and manage land development and infrastructure projects around the United States • Ensure the quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of the projects • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior engineers • Prepare and review project proposals, contracts, budgets, schedules, specifications, drawings, and reports • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular updates on project status • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues and manage changes and conflicts • Conduct site inspections/observations to check compliance with permitted design drawings

Requirements

• Associate degree or diploma in civil engineering technology or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred • At least 5 years of experience in the civil engineering field, preferably in the land development sector • Proficient in using AutoCAD and Civil 3D • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex and large-scale projects within scope, budget, and schedule • Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principals, practices, and standards, including site grading, drainage and utility design • Detail-oriented approach to work, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and continuous improvement • Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
