📋 Description
• Lead and manage land development and infrastructure projects • Ensure quality and timely delivery of projects • Manage staff, consultants, and stakeholders • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and technicians • Coordinate with internal and external parties during the project lifecycle • Monitor project progress and compliance with codes and standards • Conduct site inspections and provide technical support
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field • Professional Engineer (PE) license • At least 10 years of experience in civil engineering and project management • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles • Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Ability to manage multiple projects • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Ability to travel to project sites
