• Your main goal will be to create a revenue generating machine and take us from €10M to €50M revenue • Contribute to Business Forecasting and define and execute a winning Sales Strategy • Attract, find and hire great talents & Lead your Sales Dream team to Excellence & Performance • Drive Sales excellence by nailing personae, evolving the Sales pitch relentlessly and contributing to Sales Enablement material • Foster feedback loops with Product and Marketing to develop game changing offers and initiatives • Being accountable for Sales Ops & Rev Ops, streamline processes, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and finance functions.
• You have at least 5 years commercial experience in B2C with an extraordinary track record. • You have led teams of Sales but still loved to be hands-on • You are passionate about sales and influence, you love to constantly train yourself to improve your sales, influence and negotiation skills. • You excel in sales (especially the sales of high-ticket sales), you know when to speak, when to listen and guide customers through their decision-making process. • You master and like modern tools and are comfortable with building processes.
