📋 Description

• We are Paramount Commerce, a leading fintech company focused on simplifying payments in Canada. • Our commitment is to provide the highest standards of security and risk management. • We are seeking a Product Manager to lead our treasury management & reconciliation initiatives. • Design and implement automated reconciliation workflows. • Establish market risk controls, enforce regulatory compliance, and develop audit trails. • Improve the accuracy and efficiency of fund movements and automate refund and settlement workflows. • Work on both in-house financial tooling and third-party integrations. • Build automated balance checks, anomaly detection, and early warning systems. • Utilize a data-driven approach to set performance metrics. • Work closely with finance, operations, engineering, and bank partners. • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of treasury automation and reconciliation improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in product management, ideally in fintech, payments, or financial reporting. • 3+ years working in payments, banking, or financial services. • Familiarity with treasury management, reconciliation, and financial reporting. • Comfortable analyzing transactional data, defining KPIs, and using insights to drive automation and product improvements. • Comfortable moving between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution. • Experience seeing projects through from beginning to end. • Exceptional people skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Obsessed with product quality and don’t settle for “good enough”. • Worked in domain-driven / stream-aligned product organization is a plus.
