Description

• Analyze and provide resolution to day-to-day business issues raised through ticketing system. • Maintains Concur users in the Concur T&E system by setting up new users, disabling terminated users, establishing usernames and passwords, and other user-specific information required to maintain employees in the system. • Responsible for all system administration functions including maintaining accurate system limits, branch/cost center relationships, audit rules, tax rates, form creation/update, general ledger relationships as well as all other system administration functions. • Role also requires ability to implement expense reporting policy/procedure changes into the Concur system to ensure the system accurately reflects revised company policies. • Performs expense processor functions including consolidating expense reports in advance of payment by Treasury.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related field of study. • Minimum of 5 - 9 years using Concur. • Must possess excellent financial and analytical skills. • Good to have knowledge on Oracle eBusiness Suite. • Application Support Financial Services experience. • Experience on Concur Expense Module Certification.
