📋 Description
• Ensure compliance and facilitate product registrations • Interact with regulatory agencies to expedite approvals • Serve as liaison among R&D, Quality, Operations, Marketing, and Sales • Maintain integrity of technical dossiers • Ensure products meet all regulatory requirements • Coordinate preparation and submission of regulatory documents • Manage inquiries and facilitating audits as primary contact for regulatory agencies • Conduct thorough reviews of data and reports for submissions • Review product materials for labeling compliance • Stay updated on regulations and practices • Prepare and maintain technical files for compliance • Collaborate with teams on product launches and regulatory strategies • Assist with customs clearance processes • Contribute to special projects related to Greater China
🎯 Requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Keen attention to detail • BS/BA degree in a related field • Experience in regulatory affairs • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to review technical files with accuracy • Fluency in Japanese, Spanish, Chinese, or French is a plus • Knowledge of food/supplement and cosmetic ingredients • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Practices (HACCP)
