•At PartnerStack, we’re passionate about software and the partnership space — and we’re not afraid to shake things up! •Our mission is to change how the world sells software by creating partnerships that unlock growth. •As the Performance Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility is to generate demand and build a high-quality pipeline that translates into revenue growth. •You will own, design, and execute full-funnel Account Based Marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. •This role blends creative marketing with data-driven decision-making, ensuring campaigns align with our broader revenue objectives. •You’ll collaborate closely with RevOps, Sales, and Product teams to implement systems and processes that allow for seamless execution, real-time adjustments, and scalability. •Your efforts will be pivotal in accelerating our revenue growth and ensuring the marketing team is consistently meeting lead generation goals.

Requirements

•3+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing, with proven success managing B2B SaaS campaigns at scale •Dedicated experience running Mid-Market and Enterprise ABM programs is a big plus •Hands-on experience building and optimizing multi-channel campaigns with $1M+ annual budgets, particularly in paid media channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic •Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform campaign strategy, decision-making, and continuous improvements •Familiarity with marketing automation tools (we use HubSpot) and CRM platforms (we use Salesforce) for tracking and optimizing lead flow •Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with broader revenue goals •Proven ability to generate high-quality leads and scale demand generation efforts to meet aggressive revenue targets •Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CAC, CPL, MQLs, Payback, and other key KPIs •Strong communication skills, with the ability to present campaign performance and strategy recommendations to senior leadership
