Description

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of project solutions, establishing, and controlling project constraints and scope • Manage relationships and communication with all project stakeholders • Create and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT UAT phases • Support the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases • Support go-live rollout, handover procedures and change control documents • Lead and coach the project team according to the project needs • Take ownership for and visibility of the resolution of all project risks and issues • Maintain and provide progress updates regularly • Be willing to work and support US based projects

Requirements

• 3 years of minimum experience in Project Management role • Some professional trainings / renowned certifications completed like CSM(Certified Scrum Master), PMP(Project Management Professional), etc • Experience in successfully delivering high-quality solutions, using project management best practices and disciplines • Ability to liaise with senior level stakeholders to communicate project progress, issues, risks solutions • Experience and knowledge of Scrum & conventional project management method in a structured environment with a background in software delivery with excellent client-facing skills • Knowledge of the NICE / UiPath RPA tool certification is an added advantage • Ability to express complex ideas as clearly and simply as possible to assist decision making (Problem Solving & Decision Making) • Able to think critically & creatively to come up with effective solutions (Creative & Critical thinking) • Be adaptable and able to adjust to changing business requirements, technologies & project scope (Adaptability & Growth mindset) • Should have high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy & completeness of project deliverables (Attention to detail) • A team player who needs to build relationships, collaborate effectively and resolve conflicts (Interpersonal Skills & Collaboration)
