📋 Description

• The Business Systems Analyst will serve as the bridge between our financial and sales operations and technology systems, ensuring revenue data flows accurately throughout our organization. • You will analyze complex data sets, improve processes, and provide insights that drive business decisions. • This role requires a solid knowledge of various software systems, platforms, and tools, as well as the principles and methods of system integration, maintenance, and security. • Working across departments, you will provide valuable insights that help in strategic decision-making and revenue optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Finance or Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent experience • 2-5 years of experience in a business systems support role, with a strong understanding of ERP, CRM, or other business systems. • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and testing skills • Familiarity with Agile project management and tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights • Experience with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) • Advanced Excel/spreadsheet proficiency • Experience with financial systems and revenue management software (Quickbooks, Workday, etc.) • Strong data analysis skills and experience with large data sets and data warehouses • Good understanding of financial principles and processes • Alignment with Pathlabs’ Core Values: Unforgettable Service, People First, Own It, Master the craft
