📋 Description

• Responsible for advanced problem resolution of LAN, WAN, Security, network and availability redundancy. • Provide maintenance and repair of equipment and products, new hire training/mentoring by providing expert technical recommendations based on business needs. • Prepare technical reports concerning status of activities, new technology testing and create thorough documentation. • Configures and maintains the corporate enterprise network environment. • Performs analysis, diagnostics, and resolution of complex network and voice problems. • Monitors the reliability of the network across multiple platforms. • Participates in the rotating "on call" schedule with other members of the team. • Performs root cause analysis for network outages or other business impacting issues. • Provides primary and secondary support for key network and infrastructure applications. • Conducts research and evaluates new industry hardware and software. • Maintains system documentation and departmental procedures. • Performs user ID creation, ID removal and ID maintenance. • Manages the day-to-day operation and troubleshooting of the enterprise data communications networks. • Completes trouble tickets and provides customer feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. • Typically, 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent. • Functional/Technical Skills • Action Oriented • Customer Focus
