Description

• Support PatientIQ Account Executives, Enterprise Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Customer Success Managers to grow PatientIQ’s customer base by obtaining new logos and expanding users/functionality at current customers. • Work closely with Solutions Consultants, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to develop a deep clinical, workflow, and technical understanding of the PatientIQ platform. • Lead on-site and remote demonstrations to clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders. • Provide comprehensive, customized proposals that demonstrate an understanding of the customer needs and position PatientIQ to win.

Requirements

• Proven ability to articulate technology concepts to both high level business audiences and highly clinical or technical individuals • Demonstrate self-confidence and self-reliance in conducting demonstrations, presentations and experience working in healthcare • Be an ultimate team player that supports those around you by educating them on the solution, demo strategy, and perform high value demonstrations when necessary • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to clearly explain and simplify complex concepts calibrating the depth and detail of explanation to the recipient • Problem solving and project management skills • A valid driver’s license and safe driving record • Successful record of communicating the business value and ROI of strategic software solutions to healthcare executives, including CIO, CMIO, CNIO, CISO, CFO, etc. • Strong critical and analytical thinking skills • Superb verbal and written communication skills • Ability to travel to regional and national tradeshows and conferences • BA/BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree a plus • 5 years in clinical IT or pre-sales roles to include demo and proposal support • Strong PC skills, including experience using Excel, Office, G-Suite, and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, WebEx) • CRM experience; HubSpot a plus
