Description

• PatientPoint is seeking a VP of Technical Project Management to oversee technical projects. • Lead a team of project managers to manage healthcare technology solutions. • Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals. • Develop frameworks for tracking project performance and ensure successful implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred. • 10+ years of experience in technical project management or program management, preferably within healthcare or technology sectors. • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects to successful completion. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in leading agile transformation efforts. • Expertise in managing large-scale digital and technical initiatives, including software development, system integrations, and cloud-based solutions. • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and mentoring project management professionals. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
