Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Advertising, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in advertising technology, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare or a highly regulated industry. • Proven experience managing and scaling ad tech platforms, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and CDPs. • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, real-time bidding (RTB), and data-driven marketing strategies. • Familiarity with healthcare advertising regulations, including HIPAA and other industry-specific guidelines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams. • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing, AI, machine learning, and automation as applied to ad tech.
