Description

• Lead the execution of multiple improvement activities at manufacturing sites. • Identify and develop Manufacturing Excellence strategies and execution plans. • Ensure the Manufacturing Excellence team develops operational skills. • Support the deployment of the Stanley Production System across sites. • Manage budgets, resources, critical milestones, and actions for success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering • Minimum of 15 years of manufacturing experience • Master of Engineering or MBA preferred • Significant experience with production, maintenance, quality, production engineering, internal logistics, and launch (NPI) • Prior operational consulting experience preferred • Deep experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies • Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certification preferred • Proficiency with financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement. • Ability to travel up to 70-80% of the time.
