Requirements

• Experience working in Analytics (8+ years) • Experience working in SaaS at a fintech company (3+ years) • Experience getting an analytics organization started → running/established → thriving • Ability to maintain existing solutions while driving toward new, innovative solutions • Data Modeling for Data Warehouses (8+ years) • dbt Experience (1+ years) • Python for Data Engineering (4+ years) • Common Off the Shelf (COTS) business intelligence tool experience (5+ years) • Experience with Git • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. • Working knowledge of statistical analysis techniques (including supervised and unsupervised ML/AI algorithms). • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings clearly. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. • Consistent, Reliable High-Speed Internet Access • OAC/OAS administration • Familiarity with AWS infrastructure • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline. A master's degree is a plus.
