📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and long-term retention. • Address inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and effectively, delivering a seamless client experience. • Proactively cross-sell personal lines insurance products and generate new business through strategic marketing and lead generation efforts. • Oversee the remarketing process for renewals, ensuring clients receive optimal coverage options. • Monitor and manage the internal personal lines sales queue to maintain efficiency and responsiveness. • Review applications and renewal requests to ensure they meet underwriting guidelines. • Process endorsements, policy changes, and follow-ups with accuracy and efficiency. • Collaborate on internal marketing initiatives and utilize various tools to attract new clients. • Participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and continuing education to stay updated on industry trends and carrier guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer support, sales, or account management position. • Experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry, specifically in Personal Lines preferred. • High School Diploma/GED or Associate Degree in Business Administration. • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field, preferred. • Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 license • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) • Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Suite and products • A passion for being part of a team that drives our company to industry leadership • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with both peers and clients • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
