📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional virtual consultations and drive sales success. • Create personalized treatment plans for prospective customers. • Engage with clients through calls, emails, texts, and virtual meetings. • Educate customers on LaserAway’s services to drive sales. • Achieve individual sales goals through proactive engagement. • Present professional and compelling treatment options. • Collaborate with Location Directors and Patient Care Coordinators. • Offer financing solutions to customers.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry, or equivalent experience in commission-based luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology. • Exceptional consultative sales abilities with a focus on understanding customer needs. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Excellent presentation capabilities. • A proactive, detail-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment. • Must be available for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts to meet business demands.
