• Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is pleased to announce outstanding opportunities for Lithuanian-speaking individuals to join a prestigious customer service team in sunny and vibrant Greece. • This position offers a good relocation package, enabling successful candidates to transition smoothly to their new work environment. • In this role, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries from Lithuanian-speaking customers, providing them with high-quality assistance and ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. • Deliver exceptional customer service to Lithuanian-speaking clients through various communication platforms. • Effectively resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner. • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor during all customer interactions. • Document all customer interactions accurately using the company’s CRM system. • Collaborate with team members to achieve service metrics and enhance overall customer satisfaction. • Engage in continuous training to improve knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Lithuanian (spoken and written) is mandatory. • Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous. • Able to operate efficiently in a multicultural and dynamic work environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail. • Proficient in using technology and open to learning new software systems. • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment. • In possession of an EU passport.
