Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is essential. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Previous experience in customer service or a technical support role is preferred. • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen focus on customer satisfaction. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative remote team. • Interest in technology, particularly in operative systems, is a great advantage. • Proficient in using digital tools and customer management software.
