Requirements

• Fluent in German, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is essential. • Outstanding communication skills with a strong focus on customer service. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the electronics or technology sector, is preferred. • Familiarity with CRM systems and support software. • A positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a diverse and dynamic setting.
