Requirements

• Fluent in Japanese, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools. • A proactive attitude, ability to adapt, and eagerness to learn about new products and services. • Willingness to relocate to Greece.
