Requirements
• EU Passport or ID card is required • Fluency in Japanese (both spoken and written) is required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment. • Interest in different cultures and a passion for helping others. • Experience with customer support software is a plus.
