Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken. • Experience in customer service, particularly in the digital payment or financial services sector, is advantageous. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach. • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus. • Detail-oriented with robust organizational capabilities. • Ability to thrive in a remote working environment.
