Requirements

• EU Passport or ID card is required • Fluency in Japanese (both spoken and written) is required (C1). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Previous experience in the luxury automotive sector or customer service is preferred. • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. • A genuine interest in luxury cars and automotive trends is a significant advantage. • Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is a plus.
