• Patrique Mercier Recruitment JP is searching for a dedicated German Speaking Customer Support Representative for a top-tier Transportation Services company based in Athens, Greece. • Assist German-speaking clients with their inquiries, booking processes, and any issues. • Deliver outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and live chat. • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and ensure customer satisfaction. • Participate in training and development programs to improve product knowledge and customer support skills. • Contribute to process improvements based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a transportation or service industry is advantageous. • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications. • Willingness to work in Athens, Greece, and embrace the local culture.
