Requirements
• Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Prior experience in customer service, especially in electronics or technology, is an advantage. • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools. • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
