• We are looking for a motivated Czech-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. • In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have to ensure a seamless experience. • If you are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this position is for you! • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively • Handle complaints and escalate cases when necessary • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and professional service • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) • Good command of English • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
