• Fluent in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively. • Prior experience in customer service or emergency assistance is preferred. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote work environment. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed.
