Description

• Answer emergency calls from German-speaking customers and provide immediate, empathetic assistance. • Evaluate the nature of the emergency and coordinate with appropriate service teams for timely support. • Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate records are maintained. • Deliver clear communication to clients, keeping them informed throughout the assistance process. • Collaborate with remote team members to share insights and improve service protocols. • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills in customer service and emergency response. • Collect feedback from customers to contribute to service enhancements and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively. • Prior experience in customer service or emergency assistance is preferred. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote work environment. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed.
