Requirements

• Fluent in Finnish, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required. • Strong communication and customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage. • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus. • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a desire to immerse in a new cultural experience in Greece.
