• Deliver exceptional customer support to Estonian-speaking clients through various channels. • Resolve inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and effectively. • Assist customers with product-related information and after-sales services. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. • Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and enhance the customer experience. • Provide insights and feedback on customer trends to management. • Support the development of better customer service processes.

Requirements

• Fluent in Estonian (native level) and proficient in English. • Experience in a customer service or related field is advantageous. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude. • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems). • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture.
