Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken • Experience in customer support is an advantage, but entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply • Excellent communication and listening skills • Strong customer focus and ability to resolve issues effectively • Technical proficiency and the ability to learn new tools quickly • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting • Willingness to relocate if not currently based in Greece • Positive demeanor with a strong willingness to learn and grow
