Description

• Provide excellent customer service to German-speaking clients via various communication channels including email, phone, and chat. • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure client satisfaction. • Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services to effectively assist clients with their needs. • Document all customer interactions in the system for reference and future training purposes. • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. • Provide feedback to management on customer insights and trends to help improve service quality.

Requirements

• Fluent in German, both spoken and written, with a strong command of English. • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a related industry. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. • Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts diplomatically. • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
