• Patrique Mercier Recruitment offers a unique opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative • Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Italian and English • Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and troubleshooting • Proactively resolve customer complaints and questions • Accurately document customer interactions for future reference • Collaborate with teammates and other departments to enhance service delivery • Stay up-to-date on product offerings and company policies

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken • Prior experience in customer service is a plus • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach • Able to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks efficiently • Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing outstanding service • Familiarity with computer systems and customer service applications
