• Assist clients with technical inquiries • Provide solutions and guidance for Norwegian-speaking customers • Collaborate with technical teams for complex issues • Participate in improving customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken • Previous customer support experience, preferably in the IT field • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively • Familiarity with IT products and services is an advantage • Ability to work under pressure and manage technical inquiries • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
