Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken • Experience in customer support or e-commerce is preferred, but not mandatory • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries efficiently • Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer service software is a plus • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment • Positive, motivated attitude with a willingness to learn • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
